Why aren participants seeing any changes to the presenters desktop?
If participants are no longer seeing changes to the presenter’s desktop, the meeting may have been inadvertently paused. Access the Meeting Manager, and look at the title of the “Sharing Controls” section. If you see “Screen Paused,” the meeting has been paused. Click Resume to begin sharing the desktop again. If “Screen Showing” is displayed and a participant is still not receiving screen updates, there may have been an interruption in the internet connection. Right-click on the name of the affected participant, select Disconnect, and have them reconnect.
