Why aren the leaves green in the fall?
some trees such as fur, pine, ceadar, ect. are known as evergreen trees they don’t have leaves but often have needles or another form of greenery and they stay green in every season unless they are dieing. Most other trees like maple, alder, beech, willow and so many others have leaves that begin to grow in spring when the weather starts to warm up in spring; when the weather starts to get cold again in the fall the leaves die. The leaves change coulor because of a lack of fresh nutrients, they die and fall off the tree.
