Why aren there any KUNG FU master or from ASIA who competes in UFC or pride?
Kung Fu is a different world than UFC (MMA). They train for combat, no rules, deadly. I know that seems cliche because a lot of people like to make that excuse they are too deadly for the MMA cage/ring. But, with some Kung Fu people, espeically in Asia, I think this is true. I took Tae Kwon Do in high school and was aware of most common martial arts/sports (wrestling, boxing, kickboxing, karate, judo, etc.). I knew that some of the tough guys in high school were mostly boxers and kickboxers (this was before the UFC/MMA and didn’t have wrestling at my school). I met a guy once that changed my perception. He did a style fo Kung Fu and impressed me a lot. He did things and knew things your average martial artists wouldn’t know at all. He was very impressive. But, he was very deadly also. He said if he competed in a sport under their rules, sure, he wouldn’t do that well because he is restricted by rules. If it was no rules, he was confident in taking about anybody. I am pretty convinced h
