Why Army ROTC?
College students enrolled in Army ROTC learn how to succeed in any competitive environment. Cadets participating in the Military Science and Leadership curriculum enjoy many benefits, which may include help with college tuition, acquisition of professional military skills, practical experience in group leadership dynamics, and the respect of future employers. Simply participating in the ROTC program does not commit a student to serve in the U.S. Army and there are several options available to Army ROTC cadets. We suggest taking some classes to see if Army ROTC is something you are interested in. Students can take the first two years of Army ROTC without any service obligation or contract.
