Why “binff” and “binff3” are not executed by AmberFFC for the GAFF conversion ?
ANSWER When “binff” and “binff3” are executed, two errors might be obtained: Creating new file gaff.bin ERROR: TOO MANY PARAMETERS FOR CURRENT DIMENSIONS.
