Why can I not stop AOK applying an existing transform to an msi when fixes are applied?
When applying fixes, AOK will either make the changes by generating transforms (MSTs) or by directly modifying the MSI depending on the selected settings. If a pre-existing MST has been applied to an MSI using AOK, and the option is selected to make changes in the MSI then the MST changes will be rolled into the MSI along with the newly generated fixes.
