Why can i not stop eating even though im full?
Overeating can be caused from being stressed, or even just being distracted. Are you watching television or on the computer when you’re eating constantly? Try to refrain from grabbing the unhealthy stuff – substitute an apple for crisps, or a glass of juice for soda. If you’re stressed, try to take a few minutes out of the day to just do some basic yoga poses – even just “meditate”, it really helps. If you’re distracted, turn off the television when you decide to eat, and sit at the table with no distractions – your body is distracted when you’re eating in front of the television, so it doesn’t really register when you’re full or not. Sitting at a table with no distractions will help you know when you’re full. Also, chew and eat slowly – you’re more apt to be full faster by focusing on chewing slower.
