Why can I only participate once in an international internship program of the Youth Employment Strategy?

0

One time participation ensures that as many youth of Canada as possible will be able to benefit from the programs of the Youth Employment Strategy. You may only participate once because your internship should ideally result in work for you at the end, either with the Host Organization (although there is no obligation), or in some other organization which has been part of your network, either in Canada or abroad. If you do not have work at the end of the internship, the Implementing Organization will assist you to some extent in seeking employment. However, your chances of finding a job ultimately depend on your own qualifications, networking and job search efforts.
