Maybe it would help if you gave some examples of countries that have “free health care” with no taxes. Doctors cost money. Facilities and administration cost money. Medicines and research cost money. If the government is providing those things to the people, but the people are not paying taxes for it, then how is that government paying for its doctors, facilities, administration, medicines, and research? The only alternative I can think of is if the government owned all of the aforementioned means, and had the doctors work for the state. Do you have another alternative for providing “free health care”? In this country, and this world, if you want health care you will either have to pay for it yourself, or force someone else to pay for it (taxes). The government does not earn money. It can only take it from the people who do.
