There can be many possible causes for the reader not being able to read the barcode such as the resolution, width of barcode image, background light on your mobile, low battery on mobile, barcode enlarged to full screen size, or data lost during transmission. As an alternative, you can print your boarding pass by scanning your passport or entering your flight details.
