Why can Jewish people eat pork?

Bible has dietary laws that clearly say what is allowed and what is forbidden. Jewish dietary laws are called Kashrut. So you can google “kosher” or “Kashrut” to find all the rules. But in general the land dwelling animals a concidered clean and permited for food if they have comletely split howes and chew their cud. Pig does have split howes but does not chew it’s cud. So it is considered unclean and is not permissible for food acording to Jewish religeous dietary laws. Islam also has a set of dietary laws which is similar to Jewish Kashrut. For instance muslims are prohibited from eating pork as well. Muslims unlike Jews are prohibited alchohol as well. Note that Arabs and Jews who are not religeously oservant do not observe those laws and do eat pork or anything else they want.
