Why can’t recruiters only work with Human Resources?
We have no issues with working with the Human Resource’s department, providing that they “partner” with us. We have an enormous stake in every Search Assignment we accept. It is imperative that the Human Resource Manager, the Hiring Manager and the Recruiter communicate regarding the specifics of the opening, any candidates in contention and any changes in the assignments on a regular basis. We have found that often times, the Hiring Manager and the Human Resource manager are not up to date on the status of the open position.
