Bo Diddley was due to perform his hit song “Bo Diddley” followed by a cover of Tennessee Ernie Ford’s hit song “Sixteen Tons”. Due to a misunderstanding, Mr. Sullivan wanted Bo Diddley to sing “Sixteen Tons” only.
