Why did FrontRange acquire Centennial Software?
There are a number of reasons why the acquisition of Centennial Software was a very logical move for FrontRange. First, there is an excellent fit between the two companies’ technology – asset discovery and license management particularly fit well with our own solutions. Second, Centennial has a solid revenue stream, especially in the UK and Europe, which is important to FrontRange as we continue towards our goal of international expansion. Third, Centennial has a strong presence in the channel, which will provide new opportunities to increase our footprint in core markets and geographies.
