Why did Hitler bomb UK cities during WW2?
The odd truth to this is that Hitler forbid any pilots to bomb London at all. They were only aloud to Bomb our airfields. In fact the RAF had only a weeks planes left and if the Germans had carried on we would have lost all air power. Then one night a single plane got lost and dumped its bombs on London’s East end and the pilots got a major ticking off but also given medals. Hitler realised that it might break Britain’s moral so started bombing London and other cities instead. If they had carried on bombing the airfields the invasion, sea lion would have gone ahead and history would be a whole lot different. Fate hangs on a whim.
