The Mustard Seed Ranch has been operating as its own non-profit corporation for the last five years. Mustard Seed Ranch has benefited greatly by joining OCRM. The benefits include not having to take on hundreds of thousands of dollars in hiring administrative, fund raising, maintenance and accounting staff. OCRM has developed a very efficient model for non-profit management since 1963. The bottom line is that the Vision of MSR can be brought to fruition sooner under the umbrella of OCRM. On April 1, 2005, MSR officially became an operating department of OCRM.
