Why did you put Fibersol-2 in Greentein rather than something like psyllium husk as a source of fiber?

There are a lot of good options for soluble fiber that we looked at, including psillium husk. Fibersol-2 provides a lot of advantages that we could not ignore. It does not add color, odor, or bad flavor, and easily mixes in liquids. It does not become thick or gummy like psillium husk. We wanted Greentein to mix easily and taste great, so we decided Fibersol-2 was the best choice.
