Why didnt I receive new tags when I renewed my dogs license?
• We only send license tags when it is a new license. When you renew your license each year, you will keep the same license tag number; we renew the license in our computer system and mail you the receipt. I lost my dog license tag. How can I get a replacement tag? (NOTE: There is a $5 replacement fee for each tag.) • If you have lost your dogs license tag (and are renewing your license), please indicate that on your renewal form. Your new tag will be sent to you along with your receipt. • Come visit us at 2905 San Luis Rey Road, Oceanside, CA 92058 to get a replacement tag.
