Why do a get a “Network Congestion Error” when I play Slingo, 5 Card or Multiplayer Brasil?
POSSIBLE CAUSES/SOLUTIONS: There are SEVERAL things that can cause you to get this error message. If this has only happened once or twice: There was probably a hiccup in the internet, and our game servers did not hear back from you in time and the game failed to report your scores. Generally, this is rare and should not happen often. This can happen with ANY internet connection or computer type even under the best possible circumstances. If this happens regularly or every time you play the game: This message is probably due to you having a corrupted, old, slow or noisy internet connection.
