Why do devil worshipers use the symbol for baphomet?
Anton LaVey’s commercialized satanic philosophy is not the be all end all of Satanism. In the begining LaVey believed in the existance of Satan then after most of his officials split in the mid 1970’s he started to hang around with atheists and decided Satan was nothing more than a symbol for man’s carnal nature then the church of satan became nothing more than a business selling priesthood titles. Laveyan Satanists are nothing more than role players, True Satanists (to use a term the fake/role playing church of satan members love to call themselves) worship the entity Satan. Worship does not denote grovelling but paying homage and respect to the true lord of the earth.
