I am glad to see my tax dollars go to protect former Presidents. It would be very embarrassing and dangerous for a former leader to get kidnapped. Former Presidents have way too much information that could be compromised and used by terrorists. Besides that, I do not think anyone should have to be afraid just because they served the people. Good question.
