why girls/females get angry during there period is because there bloated and they have all these hormones going crazy inside there body and there boobs hurt and there backs hurt and there feet hurt and thats just the begining if you want to help your girl friend around this time then offer to give her a back rub or rub her feet or give her flowers and ask if there is anything you could do to help her out maybe start a bath for her just be careful and let them lead in to anything just be really nice but don’t say thats why your doing it .
