If you receive this message when trying to check your email through a dedicated email program such as Outlook Express, it is because this feature is no longer supported for Free BlueLight Internet members. As of June 1, 2004, BlueLight Internet Free email accounts are only accessible through BlueLight Internet Email on the Web. After June 1, 2004, if you are BlueLight Internet Free member and you wish to use a dedicated email program such as Outlook Express to access your BlueLight Internet email, you will need to upgrade to one of our premium services – NetZero HiSpeed 3G, Platinum, or MegaMail.
