Some support tools fail when run on the DDS Media Changer (Autoloader) The problem occurs only on Models C1553A and C1557A. As of February 1999, there is no workaround to this problem, but a fix is planned for an upcoming release of STM. The problem occurs when the device has a non-zero Logical Unit Number (LUN) in its hardware path.
