SPEED2 is only available to subscribers of participating video service providers. Your video service provider is who you pay for TV: your cable, satellite or telephone company (i.e. Verizon FiOS or AT&T U-Verse). SPEED2 is part of your video programming package and can only be received by subscribers of video service providers who have defined carriage agreements for SPEED2.
