Why do I have to submit personal information when downloading content from my Digicard?
If you are not using the MAGTEK reader and are downloading the content by scratching the back code and entering it manually in the Digicard portal, we need to have your name and email address in case of technical difficulties during your download. If you click on the “would like to receive information about this title” box, your information will be forwarded to your Digicard’s media provider so that they can keep in touch with you about their future offerings.
