Why do I have to use Footsteps Lock Screen button instead of just pressing iPhone Sleep Button?
iPhone Sleep Button will stop Accelerometer; the device that is used to detect your steps, therefore Footsteps has a built-in mechanism that locks the screen preventing you from accidentally touching a button. Together with another Footsteps feature – Auto Screen Off you obtain similar result to the one of pressing Sleep Button when you put your iPhone in a pocket.
