Why do I need to provide IP address(es) for multi-user access?

Multi-user access is authenticated with the source IP address. For that purpose, we need to add your organisation’s static IP address(es) to our system. If your organization does not have a static/fixed IP address for accessing the internet, you will not be able to use multi-user access.
