Why do I need to utilize DSi when I could just file a claim with the State Agency that regulates Termite Companies?
You are always free to do that. Termite Companies dont like the attention of a state investigation and generally would rather satisfy you than respond to a state investigation of your claim. If we feel that no progress is being made in what we feel is a reasonable claim, we may ask you to file that claim (with guidance from DSi) with the appropriate State Agency AND attach our findings. There are many issues we look for that a consumer may not be aware of, which may improve your chances of being compensated by the Termite Company.
