Why do I see my real first and last name on my peer group leaderboard but only my User ID on the system wide board?

In the profile, we give you the option to allow your first and last name to be viewed on your peer board only. Only persons who are part of the peer group can see that leaderboard. We encourage you to allow people in your peer group to see you ‘real’ name. On the system wide board, we want you to see where you stand but want to protect your privacy so only User ID is used.
