Why do I see the filename containing %20 in the Favorites page instead of the topic Title?

This is another side effect of using spaces in folders and filenames. Best to use underscores instead of spaces. HTML Help incorrectly sees a difference between %20 = SPACE and apparently cannot find the file and title. This bug has been reported to MS.
