Why do I sometimes experience trade dealings with a company that do not support that company’s current rating?
Blue Book ratings are assigned based on the aggregate trade feedback received on a company. All trade feedback received is averaged out into a rating. Since no one report will dictate the rating of another firm, it is possible that your experiences are not mirrored by other firms. Keeping that in mind, it is important for you to advise the Blue Book if you experience dealings that are not reflected in the rating of another firm.
