Skin is like a sponge. Being in so much water (such as taking a shower) your pores will fill up and try to let some of that water out almost as if you were sweating. Also when your hair has water in it, it keeps the heat from escaping your head with may cause some sweating. The fact that water has a very high SPC (Specific heating capacity, i.e. it takes a lot longer for wet things to heat up). So while the heat from your heading is trying to reach thermal equilibrium with the water in your hair, you’re body will try to sweat it out (remember you have hair all over you’re body, unless you’re not a mammal which I assume you are) to make up for the fact that heat is not being properly released from your person.
