Why do light fixtures in my house flicker – sometimes brightening, then dimming?
Flickering light could be the symptom of several problems: may be a loose connection, a bad switch/dimmer, loss of neutral wire at fixture or plug, bad circuit breaker, loose connection at circuit breaker. It may also be a problem outside of your house especially if all the lights in your house seem to be flickering.
