Why do Muslims claim that Allah is the same god that Christians worship, Allah requires the ritual sacrifice?
Allah is simply the Arabic word for God. The God of Abraham. There is no ‘ritual sacrifice of animals’. When an animal is killed using the Halal method, the animal is calm and the killing is over in seconds using a very sharp knife. In ‘Christian’ slaughter-houses, the animals sense the fear from other animals, they are brutally restrained, and stunned (or may be not quite) with a bolt in the forehead. They are then strung up by their hind legs, hooked onto a conveyor belt and transported on for the rest of the process. This is called humane slaughter.
If you are referring to the manner in which animals are killed to ensure meat is halal then be aware that for it to be kosher for the Jews the process is almost identical. If you are referring to L’Aid then this is in memory of Abraham’s sacrifice. and is in memory of his submission to God’s will. Remember the word Islam means submission. The Judeao Christian faiths no longer sacrifice but the story of Abraham is respected by Christians Jews and Muslims the world over. each celebrate it in their own way. Good question, but answers reveal the ignorance of the west about Islam and Muslims.It is the same God Whom all Prophets from Adam (AS)to Mohammed (SAVS) worshiped. It is evident from Bible and Old Testments (injeel and Thourah) that both Jesus and Mosses Worshiped same one God Called Yehoova or Allah in Arabic. Muslims are asked to eat animals and birds slaughtered in the name of Allah only so also Jews and christians were originally taught by their respective Prophets and hence Muslims are permitted to eat the animals slaughtered by christians and Jews. The funny thing among Christians is that they began to worship The Jesus and his mother Mary while there are evidences in Bible that both of them worshiped only Yahoova(Allah ) and preached to their people to do so only. But what to do every thing was re-writed later by human hand. Read Holy Quran once to under stand the facts.
Mohammed & Paul did nothing but take the Old Testament write into their own words and created their on religion. They do not follow what the Old Testament says to do or to worship. Moses never worshiped some Allah not Jesus. Jesus is not even in the Old Testament Christians find some ignorant way to put his name in their… Such as Muslims they took everything from the way they pray from the Hebrews of the Old Testament… The truth is Yahweh and Yahweh said to observe his laws and do not forsake he said to keep his commandments and do not abandoned them…People always looking down at his remnant like they are the ones who are causing all the problems when it’s really the religions with these non sense mythical idols.
