Why do people fight over Jesus being white or black when he was a Jew?
I think people fight over Jesus being white or black, because they want to see it there way. Yes Jesus was a Jew, which obousiouly says he was more of a brown skin than anything else. What people are fighting over is technically raciest. The black may want to think he was black, and maybe some of us white want to think he was white. But I don’t think skin color is really a debatable point. The point is Jesus died for our sins, its like the song says “Red, or yellow, black and white, they are precious in his sight.” Maybe the song is a little kids song, but its lyrics are right. Color isn’t the point, the point is, God is God. If the people want to debate his skin color, be my guest, but I doubt it would be what Jesus was doing.
