Why do people like firefox better than internet explorer, ive always used IE7 and have never had problems?
About a year and a half ago there were some definite security issues with IE that hadn’t been corrected by Microsoft and that’s when all the furor about IE’s being non-secure began, and folks began hopping on the Firefox bandwagon. Not long after the initial furor Microsoft corrected all the security issues and the tech sites that I belong to have, ever since then, rated IE vs Firefox a dead heat. You can nitpick either and find little things to complain about but overall they are quite equal in features, what they do, and in security matters. Of course you’ll find your usual Microsoft/Bill Gates haters that wouldn’t use a MS product if their lives depended upon it. On the other hand you have your Mozilla haters also. I use both and actually I find using the tabs a bit easier in IE than in Firefox. I personally like the layout better in IE also, but that is only my humble opinion and many others will certainly argue and/or chastise me for my position. Give Firefox a try and you may fin
