I feel 50% 50% here. this word has Greek Roots like so many other English words. I am clear of mind and soul, nor am psychotic. The only mental illness I ever felt were bouts of depession which is bad. I’ve heard all the rhetoric and studies upon this subject. Bipolarisn has been confused with Schizophrenia most commonly. It only exhibits the social isnorance you’re so called professor professes. S.Ph. is a disease of the mind akin to Alsheimers; it’s no joke. I believe that it has no metaphorical realvence at all.

i think the common belief is that since a lot of schizophrenics hear voices, these voices are something inside of their head that is in some sense another personality. Most people are ignorant of what schizophrenia really is, as well as what DID is. Ignorance and word of mouth can destroy facts.
