Why do so many people dislike the Jews?
This is a very common question, but… The fact of the matter is that less people dislike Jews than you would think. The problem is the people who do hate Jews have the loudest mouths. The most famous comedians were Jewish… Everyone loves the Three Stooges (all three are Jewish), Mel Brooks, Henny Youngman, etc. The problem is that Jews are a bit “clannish” and tend to stick together in some areas. In addition, our custom of only marrying another Jew tends to get a bad rap, despite the fact that Catholics and Muslims have the same “rule”. Fortunately, very few follow it. Jews are an easy target for bigots, but without us, most of the scientific and medical breakthroughs we have today would have never occurred. I have long found that people who hate themselves need to find someone else to hate to make them feel better about themselves. Needless to say, we have survived as a people for over 5,000 years and will continue to do so.
