Why do so many women adopt the lazy approach to weight loss?
not all women gain weight from food – stress is a big factor as well as lack of sleep – which for most women this happens after the second or third child – what time do you have – add a job and no husband and that women is struggle – food is about the only thing left to enjoy – once really over weight – it has to be a full time job to fix and no skills to fix the problem just pills. Training on how to fix it and a good plan in place to attack it and commitment to doing it is the best way to succeed. Glad you are doing great! Keep it up!
