Why do some email messages appear blank in the Outbox/Sent Items folder? Does this mean that the message has no text or graphics?
You will notice the above behavior only with Outlook XP. When you select a High Impact eMail template and try to send an email without editing it, i.e. adding no additional text to the email body, the email will appear blank in your Outbox/Sent Items folder but will be sent to the recipient correctly. Please note that recipient will receive the email correctly and will be able to view the text and graphics.
