Why do some facelift patients appear unnatural or “windblown?”
There are dozens of technical steps that will determine whether a result appears natural or artificial. For instance, some surgeons might rely mainly on tightening the skin without addressing the underlying muscles and fat. This technique can create too much tension on surface skin and result in an unnatural, “pulled” look. I go to great lengths to obtain natural appearing results.
