Why do some payable campaigns appear as $0.00 net revenue in the user interface?

In many instances, any non-default campaigns that don’t have a Gross CPA, CPC, CPM rates available via the interface may be using another calculation method to determine revenue and will be defined on your royalty statement at the end of the month.

When I put new entries into the NIST Net user interface, it seems to hang for a long period, then finally comes back. Whats going on?
