Why do some subjects show Student Feedback Survey results and others do not?

SFS results are only provided for subjects where there were five or more surveys completed. Similarly, only subjects with five or more students enrolled can be surveyed. With less than five responses it can be hard to protect the anonymity of the students surveyed.
