If the caller describes the noise as coming from a fight or argument, we automatically send additional officers to the scene. We also might send additional officers if the party is extremely large, there seem to be a lot of intoxicated people, or there are other violations of law occurring. UCD PD: The number of officers varies with the type of call, the number of party goers, whether fighting is occurring, etc.
