Why do SPA Exempts have 8 hours per day in their timecard?

0

Current Full Time SPA Exempt employees have been assigned a standard 40 hour schedule. This is done to allow them to enter only exceptions like vacation or sick hours. Employees that change to SPA or are new hires should be given an SPA Exempt schedule. TIM Administrators or Managers can assign the standard shcedule or build one to match the employees required work hours. SPA Exempt employees will automatically receive 40 hours pay per week regardless of having a schedule in TIM.
