Contrary to popular belief, dark colors DO NOT hide better than whites. The reason for this is because the base that the dark color is made from has little or no Ti02 (titanium dioxide) which gives the paint its hiding power. Since Ti02 is a white pigment or powder, it can’t be used in dark colors or it will make them milky in appearance.
