Why do the the form fields sometimes disappear?
Under some conditions, the form fields in the calendar may not be displayed. This is due to a problem with Netscape’s browser that is beyond KET’s control. It only affects how the form is displayed. It does not affect the function of the form. If you see this, don’t worry. Nothing is wrong. Simply click on your browser’s RELOAD button, click in the missing fields, or just scroll the page up or down to get your browser to display the form correctly.
