Why Do Toddlers Get High Fever?
Fever among toddlers is very common as the white blood cells in their body are still weak and are getting ready to fight little infections, thus, toddlers are more prone to get fever, flu and other such minor infections easily. If the temperature is between 99 and 101 degrees, who may want to keep the toddler in doors as long as you can and follow the paediatricians. Do not rely on self treatment if the temperature goes beyond 100. You may want to take your child to the hospital immediately. Fever can cause throat infection, meningitis and other such infections also.
