I believe that Viacom plans to target anyone who has viewed any copyrighted material on YouTube. Viacom has every right to protect their copyrighted material but they need to be realistic about it. People need to keep a watchful eye on the entertainment industry and be ready to petition their legislators. There are lobbyists from this industry working to compromise your freedom and privacy in order to profit.
